About the Role

We are seeking an experienced GxP Training Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive GxP training strategy to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive GxP training program to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, education) and significant experience in GxP training or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences and facilitate learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
