About the Role:

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in County Tyrone. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on company equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Safe Working Practices. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and department managers to resolve issues and report defects or concerns. The role involves 12-hour shift patterns, including 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am, with a number of days and off as well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on company equipment
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and Safe Working Practices
  • Resolve issues and report defects or concerns
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance
  • Undertake basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
  • Respond to and carry out reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
  • Strong experience in Mechanical/Electrical
  • 4+ years experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of PLCS, HMI, electronic circuits, panel building, and PLC
  • Experience with Hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
