What You'll Be Doing
As a skilled maintenance engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out fault finding, problem solving, and planned maintenance on plant equipment to ensure maximum reliability and performance
- Responding to internal customer needs to maximize production time according to given priorities
- Complying with food safety standards and controls to ensure all work is carried out correctly and safely
- Completing all necessary documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvements to promote Health & Safety and operational efficiency
- Maintenance on a range of manufacturing/production/packaging machinery
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - rotating days and nights

As a maintenance engineer, you'll:
- Be an apprentice-trained engineer with a formal electrical engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 NVQ/C&G)
- Have experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing/FMCG
- Have knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Utilise a proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop
- Have experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding
