Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will process payroll & benefits for multiple regions, managing payrolls that include Sweden, Germany, the UK, US, Canada, Italy, and Spain.

  • Partner closely with our Global Payroll provider to ensure accurate and compliant payroll calculations.
  • Collaborate with Benefits brokers and technology partners to enhance and streamline payroll and benefits functions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has at least 35 years of experience in payroll, ideally in a dynamic fast-paced company. Expertise in US and EMEA payroll and benefits is highly desirable.

  • Deep understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across multiple countries.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
