Youth Minister Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Minister to lead our thriving youth ministry at New Wine Trust.

As a Youth Minister, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your expertise in creative and mission-focused approaches to reach young people.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with young individuals, helping them encounter Jesus and discover His life-changing joy and purpose.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in youth ministry, driving success through innovative strategies.
  • A strong Christian faith and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A valid DBS check.

This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week, including core and flexible hours. The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,750.
