In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections across mechanical products during manufacturing stages, completing paperwork and documentation, producing key reports for stakeholders, fault-finding and repair, and contributing to internal process improvements. You will also need to comply with set manufacturing and repair standards.
- Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in QC/QA with a focus on mechanical engineering.
- HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working to industry standards including IEEE, NEMA, and ISO 9001.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities.
