About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Siamo Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate and timely receipt into our warehouse system.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to efficiently move goods around the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Participate in inventory management and control, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including meeting productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
