Nursery Assistant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Nursery in Kingston as a dedicated and passionate childcare professional. We are seeking an experienced individual who holds a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ Childcare Qualification to support our team in delivering high-quality care to children aged from 3 months to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily running of 5 rooms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and carers through regular updates and communication.
  • Assist in preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Support the development of essential life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners, in a fun and interactive way.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 NVQ Childcare Qualification or above.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare services.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
