Job Title: Electrical Site Manager

King and Moffatt is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of electrical site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate electrical site activities, including delivery and compliance of EHSQ policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all necessary permits are in place and coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour.
  • Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
  • Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Execute commissioning and close-out plans, ensuring close-out of snag lists and delivery on labour tracker.
  • Manage relevant external correspondence and order day-to-day site materials.
  • Update project progress reports and maintain the K&M Document Management System.
  • Communicate changes to the project team and oversee testing, certification, and handover.
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Electrician with previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams, with project management experience beneficial.
  • Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date manual handling and safe pass certifications.
