About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Porter to join our team at Healthcare. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and providing exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in public areas
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setting up rooms and moving furniture
  • Handle reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations
  • Respond to customer requests and provide assistance where needed
  • Run errands and ensure the safety of customers by placing and removing signage
