About Polytec Personnel Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commissioning/Project Engineer to join our team based in the UK. As a key member of our client's engineering department, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Mechanical alignment and setup of equipment
  2. Subsystem testing of electrical control panels
  3. Integration into the overall machine and final machine testing
  4. Support production teams to resolve workshop queries
  5. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in system and subsystem testing
  • Experience with distributed control systems using PLCs (Allen Bradley) over Ethernet IP
  • Familiarity with EPLAN for circuit design
  • Design of control panels and integration into a system design
  • Knowledge of multi-axis motion control, fluid mass flow controllers, pressure and temperature control, pneumatic control, and temperature control systems
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include travel opportunities and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology.
