Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Exeter/Torquay. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing holistic and positive support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with individuals who have moderate to high support needs, providing one-to-one support and guidance
* Liaise with other agencies to ensure individuals receive the support they need, including benefits, mental health, substance misuse, and housing services
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including clients and colleagues
* Maintain accurate records and develop action plans to support individuals

Requirements:

* Experience working with vulnerable individuals and supporting people with complex needs
* Ability to apply common sense and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field (desirable)
