About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar Staff member at The Lansdowne, a community pub in the heart of Primrose Hill. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience
  • Run an efficient bar, maintaining stocks, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Identify opportunities for further sales and take advantage of on-going training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
