Job Description:

A Vehicle Damage Assessor is responsible for inspecting damage on vehicles, estimating costs, and liaising with customers and insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have 1 year's experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and hold ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect damage on vehicles to assess work required, time scales, and costs.
  • Estimate damage and input workflow onto systems (Audatex).
  • Identify cost-effective repair methods and explain to customers and insurance companies.
  • Review ongoing jobs and identify issues.
  • Liaise with warranty and insurance paperwork.

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
  • ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation (desirable).
  • Professional and confident character with strong customer service skills.
