Technical Manager Role Overview

At Selectus Total, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to take on a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our food safety and quality management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Lead the HACCP team, overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and review of our HACCP system.

• Prepare and present regular technical reviews to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Manage, train, and motivate staff responsible for technical functions, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

• Identify and assess training needs for all staff, delivering training programs to enhance their quality, authenticity, legality, and food safety knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food safety and quality management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
