Job Description

As a Project Support and Administration Data professional, you will play a key role in supporting the management of programmes and delivering complex workloads. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAMMES: Providing administrative support to programme managers, coordinating events, and processing contracts.
  • DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING: Collecting, analysing, and presenting data to inform programme decisions.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Liaising with senior managers and external stakeholders to provide guidance and interpretation on complex information.
Requirements
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • DATA PROCESSING SKILLS: Proficiency in MS EXCEL, including advanced skills in producing and communicating written, tabular, and graphical information.
  • ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Ability to collect, analyse, and present data to inform programme decisions.
