About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor to join our dynamic Residential Conveyancing team in Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality conveyancing services to our clients across England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing cases, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity, and mortgaging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Work closely with our administrative, technical, and post-completions teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our conveyancing strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience of a variety of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity, and mortgaging.
  • Volume conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.
  • Confident in freehold and leasehold matters, with a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations.
