Job Overview

Artworker Position

At WHSmith, our workforce is integral to our success. We are currently seeking a talented Artworker to contribute to our dynamic team at our Support Centre in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing print-ready materials that adhere to industry standards, including bleeds, crop marks, and color profiles.
  • Transforming creative concepts into a series of high-quality print-ready files.
  • Creating precise artwork for both print and digital platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines throughout all projects.
  • Assisting team members in generating assets for ongoing initiatives.
  • Designing templates utilizing Adobe Creative Suite 2024.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a creative design or artwork production setting, whether in an agency or in-house, with a strong understanding of print solutions.
  • Proficiency in Apple Mac systems, with expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with online project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Trello.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong time management skills and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
