Sales Consultant

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Property Sales Professional to join our team in the Vistry Merseyside & Cheshire West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive basic salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, plus commission scheme, mileage allowance, up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, competitive contributory pension scheme, life assurance, share incentive schemes, and employee rewards portal with many benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales and marketing suites, taking ownership of the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the journey, from reservation to legal completion.
You will provide excellent customer service, working to company targets and KPIs. You will also proactively seek out prospective sales and follow up all enquiries with telephone communication and marketing literature to optimise the business opportunity for sales.
A successful candidate will have experience in the new homes sales environment, customer-facing role, generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development, proven track record of achieving sales targets, and strong negotiation and sales skills.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication, ability to handle complaints and difficult situations, excellent administration and organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
