Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail standard/home store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and meet sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure a safe and productive working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and company policies
  • Monitor and analyze stock movements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-driven and commercially focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
