About the Role:

As a Classroom Mentor with Academics Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting students and teachers in Secondary schools across Hertfordshire. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise lessons and manage student behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising lessons and maintaining classroom discipline
• Developing positive relationships with students and teachers
• Providing support with lesson planning and delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong passion for education and supporting young people
