We are currently recruiting for a General Service Assistant to join our team at Officers' Mess, Alanbrooke Barracks, Topcliffe, Thirsk, YO7 3EY.

As a General Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a bar service, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Part time – 30 hours a week – Monday – Friday

Shift times 5pm – 10pm

What you'll be doing:

\u2022

Serving customers, clearing and resetting tables, washing up as appropriate.

\u2022

Operating a bar service and handling cash (Must be 18+ years)

\u2022

Clean kitchen, kitchen equipment, back of house areas, crockery and cutlery

\u2022

Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, food preparation and public areas

\u2022

Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers

\u2022

Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required

\u2022

Follow food hygiene and safety procedures

\u2022

Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
