Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire, East of England

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Educator to join our team at an exceptional primary school in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 students, assessing their progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to different learning styles
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Create a safe and motivating learning environment that promotes active participation and academic growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students
