The Role

An experienced lecturer in Construction is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of our STEM department and cover on a range of construction related courses with students of varying abilities teaching across a range of levels and awarding bodies, including Level 1-3 courses as well as working with City & Guilds awarding bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Curriculum Manager with curriculum development and the expansion and development of the department
  • Teach across a range of levels and awarding bodies, including Level 1-3 courses
  • Work with City & Guilds awarding bodies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy
  • Qualified FE teacher or willing to work towards this
