Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Canada Life Group (UK) Ltd (The). As a key member of our Complaints Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to policyholders, responding to complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Complaint Mailboxes, ensuring all emails are appropriately handled and updated in the complaints database.
  • Process regulatory holding letters and emails to complainants, and update the complaints database accordingly.
  • Ensure all compensation acceptances are processed and scanned accordingly.
  • Review and prioritize complaint milestones, sending regulatory communications as necessary.
  • Scan and index customer data, validating quality and maintaining accuracy.
Requirements
  • Diligent and conscientious in the accuracy of their work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work under pressure.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Able to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 A* - C / 9 - 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent - essential.
