We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmatic Executive to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated programmatic advertising strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Programmatic Advertising Strategy Development: Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies across display, video, mobile, and native channels to drive campaign performance and exceed client expectations.
- Campaign Setup and Execution: Oversee campaign setup, including audience segmentation, targeting, and bid strategy implementation, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance in real-time and proactively optimise to meet client KPIs and objectives.
- Client Guidance and Support: Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and industry best practices.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution, and mentor junior team members to provide guidance on best practices and professional development.
- Experience in Digital Advertising: 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying.
- Programmatic Buying Platforms: Proven expertise in programmatic buying platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar DSPs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Campaign Management: Experience managing programmatic campaigns across various channels and formats, with a track record of driving results.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Google Ads and/or IAB certification(s) a plus.
- Ad Verification and Brand Safety: Experience with ad verification and brand safety tools is desirable.
