IT Director

As Head of IT, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technology strategy and driving innovation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT projects, ensuring the smooth operation of core systems, and providing technical support to employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced IT professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the company's success. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in line with business goals
- Provide leadership for IT projects, including system upgrades and integrations
- Oversee the implementation of core systems, including the CRM, finance, and sales platforms
- Ensure all IT infrastructure (networks, servers, software, etc.) is secure, efficient, and scalable

Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
