About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping and driving contract frameworks that meet the Group's evolving needs.

As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading strategic contract processes, preparing and evaluating tenders, and guiding key meetings. Your financial insights will help steer performance, as you contribute to dynamic budgeting and project planning.

You will also be responsible for managing frameworks and strategic relationships with our partner contractors, tackling challenges head-on, and delivering impactful solutions that drive success and efficiency across the board.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong commercial instincts, combined with technical expertise and negotiation prowess. You will be an essential force within the team, bringing sharp project, contract, and cost management skills to drive success.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading strategic contract processes and preparing and evaluating tenders
  2. Guiding key meetings and managing frameworks and strategic relationships with partner contractors
  3. Contributing to dynamic budgeting and project planning
  4. Delivering impactful solutions that drive success and efficiency across the board
