We are seeking a talented **Graphic Apparel Creator** to join our design team based at our UK office in Telford, Shropshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in co-ordinating the design and development of seasonal apparel ranges across multiple brands.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading fishing tackle company and become part of an enthusiastic design team. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of apparel products, from lifestyle and outdoor collections to technical-specific gear.

  1. Co-ordinate the design and development of seasonal apparel ranges across multiple brands.
  2. Research and propose new designs, trends, innovations, and technical advancements from the industry in line with Brand DNA.
  3. Liaise with suppliers and Brand Managers to ensure samples are developed to a final stage for production.
  4. Collaborate with the product development team to create visually appealing packaging designs, logos, flyers, and occasional graphic projects.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working within a creative team with at least 1 year experience in graphic design.
  • Highly skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe creative suite packages.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to present and discuss design concepts.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to industry-leading software and equipment, and opportunities for career progression.
