  • Prepare full project estimates from conceptual design through 100% design, and prepare written basis of estimate report associated with the estimates

  • Cost planning, estimating, and budgeting for residential development projects
  • Organise and manage cost estimating database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Package: £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
