We are seeking an experienced Smoke Vent Engineer to join our team at Calibre Search, a leading HVAC contractor based in London.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smoke vent systems are maintained according to schedule.
• Supervise the installation of smoke vents, working with contractors to ensure precise execution of design specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections of existing smoke vent systems and perform functional tests to ensure proper operation under normal and emergency conditions.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance programs for smoke vent systems to prevent malfunctions.

• Proven experience as a Ventilation Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations, particularly those related to smoke ventilation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in smoke vent systems design and maintenance are highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year.
