Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues and making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of service users and deliver therapy sessions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide education and support to service users and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies

Requirements:
