Improve Material Management and Deliver Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Expert to join our Logistics & Inventory Management Projects Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on material management improvement projects, integrating with the Build teams to deliver physical improvements that enable the build of submarines.

About the Role

This Supply Chain Project Management role involves identifying areas for improvement and developing business cases, project management plans, and schedules. You will participate in working groups to problem-solve with stakeholders, consolidate expertise from multiple sources, and provide coherent advice to support organisational objectives.

You will also initiate projects, define and deliver material management improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Material Change Management is essential.
  • A good understanding of Project Management principles and toolsets is required.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management experience is necessary.
Desirable Qualifications
  • A recognised Project Management qualification would be advantageous.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics experience is desired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Microsoft Visio is beneficial.
