Car Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Work closely with the General Sales Manager and Head of Business to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the brand's values and products, ensuring that customers receive a tailored and personalized experience.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers are delighted with their purchasing experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous car sales experience, preferably in a franchised main dealer environment.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
