Role Summary

Austin Fraser's partner company seeks an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to support their team. This role offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the company's success while developing your skills and expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support independent financial advisers in administering financial plans and investment proposals.
  2. Maintain and update internal client files and records.
  3. Process account applications, transfers and other paperwork.
  4. Service existing business by handling policy surrenders, fund switches and policy changes.
  5. Manage administration tasks on back-office system software.
  6. Prepare paperwork for client meetings.
  7. Liaise with product providers and third parties.
  8. Deal with Letters of Authority.
  9. Adhere to compliance regulations and accurately record data.
  10. Liaise with team members to ensure effective and efficient client service.
  11. Arrange client meetings.
  12. Handle emails, incoming and outgoing post and general office duties.
  13. Make telephone calls with providers and communicate with clients via email.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between £25,000 and £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
