Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Oakleigh SAS consultancy Limited. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the technical skills to bring creative ideas to life across multiple media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Creation:
• Create visually appealing graphic designs for both print and digital media, including social media content, websites, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and packaging.
• Develop multimedia content such as animations, video editing, motion graphics, and interactive presentations.
• Branding and Consistency:
• Maintain brand consistency across all design elements.
• Ensure that all graphics and multimedia designs align with the company's marketing strategies and branding guidelines.
• Collaborative Projects:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Collaborate with copywriters, web developers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and unified design approach.
• Innovation and Creativity:
• Stay updated on design trends, multimedia technology, and emerging digital tools.
• Bring innovative design solutions to the table to enhance user engagement and brand presence.
• Technical Execution:
• Manage the entire design process, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Prepare and optimize multimedia content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance across devices.
• Project Management:
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project goals.
• Communicate progress and feedback effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design and multimedia production.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with web design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is advantageous.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work in both graphic design and multimedia content.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute visual ideas that align with the company's brand and messaging.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.

Compensation

• £31,500.00-£31,800.00 per year
• Performance bonus
