The Role

We are seeking a qualified nurse to lead our team as a Registered Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, while striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure that our care homes are safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management and budgeting
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
  • Active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership and management qualities
