Role Summary

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Expert to join our team at Estio Training Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring their digital systems and services run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to technical support queries through various communication channels.
  • Analysing and reporting data to diagnose product malfunctions and providing feedback to relevant teams.
  • Conducting analyses on requests and feedback to identify trends and understand client pain-points.
  • Transforming complex data into understandable insights.
  • Assisting new clients with onboarding, training, and certifications.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).
  • High proficiency in English; both spoken and written.
  • Flexibility of remote work.

We offer a competitive salary of £13,000 per year, plus 23 days of annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays.

Training and Development

You will receive Estio apprenticeship training programmes delivered virtually by our qualified and experienced training team. This will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain an accredited Level 3 Digital Support Technician certification.

The training covers Helpdesk Operations and Functions, Maintaining Digital Systems and Services, Fundamentals of Digital Systems, Administration of Digital Systems and Services, User and Stakeholder Training, Working in Digital Support, Data Operations and Security, and Pathways and Career Progression.
