Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, and professional qualifications in ACCA or CIMA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a finance role, with experience in business partnering.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
