Job Title: Pumps Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumps Sales Manager to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing profitable relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in the pumps industry
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
