Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Freight Logistics Director to oversee all aspects of our shipping and distribution process, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries across various international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics procedures and international shipping regulations, as well as experience in preparing and managing shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery solutions
  • Maintaining high service standards while negotiating contracts and rates with carriers and logistics providers
  • Developing and implementing contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions, ensuring insurance coverage for goods in transit

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year.
