As a Referral Manager, you'll lead and optimize our Refer-a-Friend program across all markets. Your primary goal will be to maximize ROI while attracting high-quality customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own, manage, and optimize the performance of Plum's Refer-a-friend scheme across all markets.
  2. Conduct deep analysis of user cohorts to identify key triggers and products that drive successful referrals and high engagement.
  3. Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of the Refer-a-friend channel against KPIs.
  4. Data modelling, forecasting, and analysis of our refer-a-friend channel.
  5. Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure that refer-a-friend campaign strategies align with overall business goals.

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record in digital marketing, referral programs, or growth marketing, especially within B2C environments.
  • Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and understand customer behaviors.
  • Collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing), translating business requirements into solutions.
  • Previous experience in Fintech, B2C digital businesses, and/or fast-paced scale-up environments is valued.
