Your key responsibilities will include collaboration and support of IT and business project managers across the organization in ensuring project status, risks and issues are being maintained. You will also ensure the Conexus project management governance process is being adhered to and support colleagues in the creation of business cases, project budget management and project reporting.

This role will also act as a central departmental administrator to the IT function working under the direction of Head of IT Services.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a variety of project management methodologies and excellent organisational skills. You will have the ability to lead colleagues (technology and business) and selected 3rd parties to deliver approved projects on time and within budget to agreed scope.

Key skills and qualifications include: relationship building with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies, exposure to and usage of PowerBI reporting, and 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO role.
