Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk and control assessments.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and address gaps in risk and control programs.
  • Conduct internal testing of risk and control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on exceptions and issues related to risk and control programs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on risk and control matters.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls.
  • Experience in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
