Public Sector Procurement Lead

We are looking for an accomplished Public Sector Procurement Lead to join Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. in Bristol.
Contract Term: Initial 3-6 months, with possible extension.
Remuneration: £70+ per hour, open to negotiation based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement initiatives, ensuring optimal results through efficient commercial management.
- Tap into market intelligence, data, and procurement expertise to unlock business opportunities and solutions.
- Deliver expert advice and support aligned with Public Sector procurement standards, encouraging collaboration between stakeholders.
- Examine spending habits, pinpoint cost-saving prospects, and identify cases of non-compliance.
- A comprehensive understanding of public sector social care procurement, contract law, and commercial principles is vital.
- Demonstrated success in guiding teams toward outstanding performance and sharp analytical capabilities to decode complex information.
