About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Communications Expert to lead our R&D team in the design and development of RF systems and technologies. The successful candidate will have a degree in Electronics Engineering/Telecoms or similar and extensive experience in commercial RF design.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement RF system designs using professional tools.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecoms or similar.
  2. Extensive experience of commercial RF design (preferably in telecommunications/mobile radios).
  3. In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
  4. Strong project management skills.

Desired Skills:

  1. Experience with professional mobile radio (PMR) systems.
  2. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the telecommunications industry.
  3. Proficiency in additional programming languages relevant to RF design and testing.

Salary: up to £85,000 per annum.
