This role involves planning, teaching, and assessing a range of subjects and learning to support students' progression. You will follow whole-school systems to teaching and learning, support report writing, and help expand our curriculum documents as part of a team. A minimum of two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision is required. QTS/QTLS is essential.

  1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons to support students' progress.
  2. Assess student learning and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
  4. Support students with SEMH needs through tailored interventions and activities.
