About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Operations Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure facilities, providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of our leisure facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa
  • Lead a team of leisure staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leisure operations, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
