About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Criminal Justice team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving new developments and making a positive impact in our new service structure.

The Service

Our Adult Drug and Alcohol Services across Gloucestershire transferred to Via on 1st April 2024. This is a great opportunity to build on existing service strengths and drive new initiatives in a supportive local and national context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement new projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and safer recruiting principles.
