Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect AI solutions focusing on agentic workflows to meet client needs.
  • Lead the development and integration of AI systems, aligning them with clients' business objectives and technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and scalable AI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in AI, mentoring team members, and leading by example in coding and system design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and cloud technologies, integrating new findings into solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to define requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback to refine systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI deployment and data handling.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI and cloud technologies.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Python and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of data science, machine learning algorithms, and statistical principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and interfacing effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within specific industries, demonstrating a broad understanding of the technology landscape.
  • A proactive approach and curiosity to continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field required.
